Can I cancel my order?
Once it’s in the system, it moves fast, making it tricky to stop. Reach out to us straight away and we’ll do everything we can to catch it in time and give you a full refund, though we can’t promise it every time.
Missing, damaged, or wrong item?
Oops! On the rare chance something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.
If your artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t show up, let us know within 14 days and we’ll make it right. We’ll send out a free express replacement (photos of the damage really help us speed things up).
Prefer a refund? No problem, just return the incorrect item and we’ll even cover the return postage.
Quick note: if an order can’t be delivered due to things like an incomplete address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we’ll need to deduct the outbound shipping cost from any refund.
Had a change of heart after ordering a print?
No stress, everyone changes their mind from time to time! What matters most is that you end up happy.
Return it within 14 days in its original condition and packaging. Customers cover return shipping, and outbound shipping costs are non-refundable on framed or exchanged items. Always use recorded post for returns.
